EMT Training Requirements

Police and firefighters are in fact among the first to appear when an emergency occurs, but they are not alone. Paramedic level is the third and final level. EMT students must pass to another one or two years to complete this level. Here, the EMT students the opportunity to learn about the advanced theory and anatomy. EMT students can start working as an EMT with the paramedics working at the same time. Being an EMT is ideal for those who want to be involved in the medical field but do not want to work in an office.
